The Teardown: Uncovering a Botched Repair Nightmare
When we opened the PS5 and extracted the main logic board, the damage caused by the previous shop was immediately obvious under high magnification:
Pads Ruined & Traces Torn: The high-frequency HDMI signal pads on the PCB were completely torn off due to improper hot-air thermal management during the initial port removal.

The Recovery: Rebuilding Lost Traces & Structural Anchors
Restoring a ruined PS5 motherboard requires far more than basic soldering; it demands surgical precision, specialized micro-jumpers, and custom mechanical reinforcement.
